Cancellation Policy

**Hair length must be at least 4 inches or longer please!! Deposits are NON- Refundable!! Deposit will go towards the total price. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so within 48 hours. NATURAL HAIR BRAIDING - I do not add in hair. **WELCOME: 1 Guardian/Parent is welcome with the young client. Please do NOT bring anyone but the child that is getting their hair braided! If the child ends up crying on and off, or longer than expected due to you being there, you may be asked to leave or to sit in the front room =) Kids tend to do better without mommy and daddy. Parents - please be mindful if its your child's first time or if they are tender headed, it may take longer than planned. I am very patience with kids and my job is to make sure your child is comfortable and get the results you requested =) We want smiles at the end of this! All other clients, either get dropped off or come alone. Space is limited! Thank you!!
